Evil and Good Memorials

I came across the issue of the Georgia Guidestones which widely considered to be the anthem of the NWO. They really have a bad reputation and are widely despised in Christian circles. In the past I did a talk about them including my concern about the apparent depopulation and the focus on a pantheistic philosophy.

Today I saw an interview with the banker who was liaising with RC Christian the main secretive sponsor of the guidestones. The banker stated that he thought the idea for the monument came from the fear of the cold war reality that everything could be destroyed in minutes should a nuclear war break out.

The concept of the stones should be interpreted from the cold war back drop.

Be it as it may. One of the things we see littered around the globe are monuments erected for pagan gods.

Now there are also plenty of Christian monuments but many of them are getting removed initiated by secular people, such as the monuments to the ten commandments in front of various public buildings in the USA.

Now what should we do?

Why not create monuments which will stand the test of time and have them littered all over the globe. We need the Gospel message to be chiselled in stone, on advertising boards, on copper plates, poured in concrete and made widely available.

I have seen a lot of examples where some individuals rented advertising boards aside busy roads with just a verse from the Bible. I remember a white cross next to the motorway near the Dutch Belgium border. A night it was illuminated and could be seen from a long way. Needless to say that people even if just for a short moment would be reminded of Christ and his work on the cross.

After a few years of driving past this point the cross disappeared.

As Christians we believe in the imminent return of Christ and we need to prepare for those who are left behind to give them the one last chance before the worst time on the world will come upon mankind.

So let’s get busy and create monuments not to ourselves but to a great message which has power to save the vilest of sinners and award eternal life to those who accept it.
